They look okay, the stringy stuff kinda looks like algae or bryopsis to be specific. Hard to make out in the picture but if it is bryopsis you will want to take care of that ASAP.

Top left, as Palyzoa said looks like bryopsis or GHA. It also looks like you might have a touch of cyano on the rock/plug the zoas are mounted to. A clearer picture would help to identify the white specs on the polyps as being either part of their coloring, or some type or pest.
