Does anyone have these? They seem almost mythical now. Can anyone prove that they have not melted into extinction?

I have had mine for a few months now and they are doing well (knock on wood). The guy I got them from had only 2 frags of these on plugs, no mother colony.

I think there's a reason as these polyps are one of the MOST finky polyps to keep. you start with 1 then grows pretty good to a dozen or more then all the sudden BAMM, all gone melted in a day or 2 for no FN reason:beat_brick:
It's happened to me with this polyp 3 times already. Grew it to a decent sized colony to nothing with no rhyme or reason. And probably the ones that finally get lucky to grow these guys DON'T want to touch or especially frag these guys as they don't want to give it a reason to melt.

I think there are very few people that have them now, I am one of the lucky ones I guess (so far). I am selling a polyp to someone, so they will be in at least one more tank now.

Marvin...just wow man, just wow...
