Asterina starfish > Harlequin Shrimp > is my big red starfish safe?

I have an abundance of astrina starfish in my tank. I want to get rid of them and a local store has some harlequins in stock. I have a red fromia starfish, about 2.5 inches in diameter. Will it be safe long term with this shrimp, or will it be food just as easily as the asterinas

No, and yes. The harlequin shrimp will almost certainly eat it too (it might even prefer it to the Aquilonastra [Asterina] stars).

Harlequins will likely go for the fromia first.

I got the harlequin and am omw back to the lfs with the fromia. Owner said he'd give me 15 for the fromia so I'm going to walk out with a torch colony
