Just got back my first ATI test. Very cool.
1. My RODi water came back all undetectable with the exception of Silicon which came back at 1563!!!! What should I do? (silicon in the tank came back at 110)
2. Aluminum in the tank water came back at 24.30!! again what should i do?

For your RODI water, you should change out your DI resin. Detectible silicates are one of the signs that the resin is exhausted, even if it hasn't gone through a complete color change. They also make DI resin that is designed to remove silicates. So, you may want to look into that.
As far as the aluminum, you can remove it by using cupisorb or other metal removing products. As to where it is coming from, it could be from supplements.

Unless you have a problematic level of diatoms, ignore it. I regularly dosed Sl higher than your level.
