Hey guys wondering if it any of you guys have had this issue with ATIs. In August I purchased two 153 straton pro flex g2s. Brand new sealed I finally got around just setting up my tank. And one of the lights off the bat has 21 LEDs not working as you can see in the 2nd picture. Little frustrated because for the amount I paid for these quality control could have been better! Anyways I emailed ATI and I'm expecting a response on Monday to see what they say. Hopefully they would send me a replacement or a replacement module that I could do myself. Also tried swapping the power supplies to see if that was it still the same thing. And if you experience this? or have any input I would appreciate it thanks!

**** that sucks. I think your best bet is waiting for ATI to email ya back. Hopefully it’ll be a speedy fix/replacement!

Yes so I got an email back from ATI North America. And they asked me to send them a support file from the light itself. I got a response back saying they have to send the photos and the file to the head engineer in Germany to figure out if it's actually the light that's broken hardware wise. Or if it can be fixed with software update. If I would have known I would have just gone with ecotech again. I know ATI has a good reputation but with ecotech The likelihood of me getting a dead unit on arrival is super slim. And the company is the next state over from me so if anything I could get things replaced quick. Another thing that bothers me is the app is horrible and it's not easy to get these connected to your Wi-Fi network and working successfully. With all the money I spent on these two lights you think all this stuff would be in order. This is my first experience with them and to be honest it left a bad taste in my mouth. I would suggest anyone even if you have the money do not go with ATI. Now I am worried about more LEDs frying down the line. If I was in my return period I would have just returned them immediately. Unfortunately they were sealed in the box for 3 months before I was able to set up my system.

ATI is a great company, I'm curious how this panned out?
Yes so at the end of December I got a hold of them and told him the situation. I sent them a log file from the lights and they sent me a replacement puck that was very easily replaced by myself. All works now! Yes they were spot on with everything!!

So all in all ATI took care of the issue as expected; glad to hear.

They are really great with their support in my experience dealing with them with some questions I had about my PowerModule aka the "PAR Monster".

Yes they were great completely surpassed my expectations especially with dealing with other companies here in the US who weren't as great. Yes and these lights put out a lot of par incredible!!
