ATK Not Working Properly

Picked up an ATK last weekend and 3 times now it has just stopped. It seems by the graph it runs every 10-15 minutes then it will just stop working for 4-6 hours. Then it will randomly start again and it takes so long that it times out and sets off my alarm. Any idea since its new why it might stop working for hours?

What ATO did you get? What controller are you running? What pump is running the system? How do you have it configured/set up? We need significantly more info to help...

If High-S CLOSED Then OFF
When On > 001:00 Then OFF
Defer 000:10 Then ON
Defer 000:05 Then OFF
Min Time 010:00 Then OFF

Your When timer and Min Time counters are lower than normal.

How large is your tank? This will dictate how long the When timer should be set to. Please read my ATK Tutorial so you have a full understanding of what the programming does and how the ATK is designed to work:

Tanks is a reefer 250, the ato sensors are in the return chamber in the sump which is not very large
