Ato code help

Hi all. Request for the Apex pros. I've looked but can't seem to find the code for what I want to do on my ato. What I'd like to do is:

-Only be able to turn on between 10pm- 10a (either lock it out or only look at the switch between those hours)
-Turn on when sw1 closes
-Turn off when sw2 opens
-Turn off when ph is above 8.4
-Max run time of 20 minutes per 24hr period.
2 min defer

I get confused with the priorities and such. Maybe this is too may commands but couldn't hurt to ask. You guys think this is possible? Appreciate any feedback.

I have a Tunze ATO so I don't need the switch commands. I turn mine off with the feed switch and off when the return pump is off ( and after the return comes back on it waits 30 minutes for things to settle down. I use the feed switch to feed, for Maintenance and to turn turn all off except for skimmer

I use kalk in my top off water. Hence the 8.4 shutdown. And that's also why is like to only add at night, to help balance the ph swings.
