ATO shut off HELP

Please someone help. I have been running this ATO code for a while with NO issues. But the last week something has changed, There is a huge delay between actual switch state and time it takes to shut off pump and for Fusions to know it is shut off. Thought I had a bad float switch so changed it. But still same problem. Is possible break out box has issue? Sump seems to fill to level in less time than programming. But no matter what pump runs to end statement. Even though SW 1is open (using ohm meter to verify). Is it possible that firmware needs updating? I have also attached a alarm to alarm list to give me a heads up. Is there a better way to program this with built in redundancy and a alarm? Thanks for all the help

The only thing I could find is that they recommend using the When statement as a safety and not as a general timer (wasn't 100% on if it was implemented as a safety or timer).

Not sure if that's any help or not. I did perform the latest Apex firmware update and it didn't seem to change anything (went off without a hitch, though).

Have you considered using a virtual outlet as a timer? That's what I generally use for anything where I want to control specific times or intervals.

I have not concidered a virtual outlet im not sure how to create one. Is the response time/scan time quicker? Was going to do a firmware update Im just not to confident in doing it so Neptune is going to assist next week. Can you explain or show a example. Thanks
