My rodi filter is acting weird after changing the auto shut off valve. Membrane was about a year old , assume it exploded cause if the high tds so i changed it. Still nothing. Then changed all filters cause the di resin was exhausted and my sediment and carbon were changed september 2025 and were in may 2026. Still nothing. The filter is acting as if i have the membrane flush switch flipped on (not make clean water) . Only thing ive changed is the auto shut off valve then the issue appeared , then changed all the filters. Filter normally runs at 50 psi with the flush valve closed and 30 or so open. Water is spraying out fast and i cooked through 20 percent of the brand new di resin making 5 gallons of water. 183 tds in and 0-3 tds out. What gives ?

Can you post a picture of the auto shut off valve?

What is your full setup/order of items?
