I am using the Aquatec 8800 to boost water pressure going into my 5-stage RODI. So far, all good.

I am also using an AutoAqua Flood Guardian to shut off the RODI when my container is full. Currently, I am watching it and turning off the booster when container is full.

So, how do I put the pressure switch that came with the Booster so it will turn the pump off automatically? Do I put it on the line between the source water pipe to the RODI and the solenoid from the AutoAqua so it will get the high pressure when the solenoid shuts the water off and shut off the pump?

Not sure your exact setup, but most of them work that when the outlet pressure equals the inlet pressure, it shuts off.

So you need a float switch on the container to stop water going in when it is full. That will increase pressure on your outlet line. When that equals the inlet, it will stop water flowing in and shut the pump off.
