Can anyone who has a license comment?
The BOP for non native marine life propagation ( prop of Atlantic and Caribbean is prohibited) requires a closed loop or sterile discharge into a non freshwater body. Does this mean discharge into city sewer system would be off limits? They aren't specific about what defines sterile. Does that mean that simply reasonable steps are taken such as pulling water from your loop directly after an adequately sized UV?
