Any suggestions on a setting up a auto top off with the reservoir being one floor below? I currently have a mixing station in my basement that is plumbed to the tank to do water changes, fill reservoir, etc. As part of that I have a 20 gallon RO reservoir. But I want to go directly into the tank from downstairs. Is there an ATO system that has a pump that can handle this? Cost is not a major concern, but safety from overflows and reliability are.

Thanks

A good peristaltic pump will do this.
I use a GHL doser to pump water 10 feet from my garage. I replace the internal pump line once a year. As it is pushing far distance.
