Avast Marine K1 Kalk Stirrer

Howdy fellas! Does anyone have experience with this equipment? I tried setting mine up today. I added 1 cup of the included Avast Marine Kalkwasser (the max this unit takes is 2), filled the rest with fresh RODI and turned on the stirrer. Its been going now for about 7 hours and it is still very cloudy. I thought the top efluent had to be clear? Or is the cloudy ness normal?

It takes a few hours to clear crystal clear. I turn mine on to start dosing after filling 1-2 hours later. It’s still hazy but is fine. The surface will always have a “crust layer” from precipitation.
