So I just realized my clownfish has a little fin, is this normal? Will this effect him in anyway?

Ps the water looks weird because I just did a water change.

Idk how it will effect him but he is totally nemo and worth about 2000x what you payed for him
 
Should be fine. Just one of the many defects seen in captive bred clowns.
