Anyone have any idea what kind of snail it is? First time I’ve seen anything like it in my tank.

That was my best guess too based on what is in the tank but it was my impression that these hardly ever make it from the egg stage
 
Was this live rock? If yes where was the rock from?
 
TBS rock and sand. Tank has been up about 1.25 years
