Hey all, I am finally back in the hobby again lol. It's been too long.
A lot has changed, I used to have a huge system 83g DT, a 75 sump, a few 40g breeder frag tanks - crazy setup. I gave that entire setup away to a friend about 5 years ago now since I wanted to move/plan for a move to buy a house.
Initially, I was on the fence if I was going to get back into the hobby. Even though I never reaaaally left the hobby (all I followed on social media were reef tanks and reef people from back in the day.) One night I decided to price out a smaller setup, get my toes wet, the next day I get lucky and find a full setup for sale - exactly what I was looking for. Now, I have a much smaller tank (a new house at least).
Currently I have a 30g Innovative Marine EXT tank.
This shot was taken - 8/20/2020 (has way more diatoms now) lol.
I will be starting up a thread with a full equipment list/plans, but figured I'd pop in over here and say hi. It's been a long while. Hopefully I bump into a lot of the old faces I knew.
