Bacteria bloom or algae bloom?

So I got this new 10 gallon frag tank set up about 2-3months ago. A week ago I believe I fed too much and that’s when the cloudy water started. What can I

do? How can I clear the water up?

I have an Aquaclear 70 hob…about 12 hours
