Getting a bad CA range error on my Trident. This issue started on an old unit I put back in service. On startup, the supply line was blocked so I had to fix that issue and that is when this one popped up. I have opened it up to look at it and can't find the problem, lines don't seem blocked as I can see the cuvette fill with each reagent, no leaks that I can see, I cleaned the cuvette and I re calibrated the unit as well. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Do you have a picture of the range it is showing?

There is no range. That is the message it gives you. Turned out to be bad reagents. The trident will read 0 and tell you “bad ca range” if it’s outside of 250-700 i believe. Still not convinced my numbers are right though because it keeps slowly going up. Up to 540 now and started at 490 about a week ago. Haven’t dosed anything other than alk in that time
