Michael,

You're really turning this into something its not. As a customer of yours I've expressed my dissatisfaction with the product you sold to me. I only feel it is right to bring this issue to light so others can learn from my experience and they can accurately decide whether to do business with you or not. That is what this section of the forums is for, good or bad experiences. Of course I believe I should receive a replacement fish as this was an expensive fish which did not make it, guarantee or lack of. Anyone would expect that being in my shoes. I reached out to you via email explaining the situation before turning to the forums and your response was the same as it is here, not willing to make the situation right in anyway. I suppose that is your choice as always, but dont expect me not to voice my opinion to others. And still I never demanded anything from you, only asked if there was anything that could be done as far as a replacement fish. Being that you run a business you should know that customer support is most important and money aside, that's what make people speak highly of you and spread your name to others with good intentions. I understand that you are upset that I've drawn attention to other unhappy customers, but again, that is the purpose of this section of the forums. My only intent from the moment I bought this fish from you was to have a healthy fish that would live in my tank for a long time. Being in the hobby for a long time, this is the first experience of this sort for me. Of course it is frustrating. I was hoping I would be able to update this thread stating that me and you worked this issue out, unfortunately that doesn't look like it will be the case. Hopefully you improve your customer service skills, and your business practices improve for the next customer. Have a great year.
