Baffles and Viewing Panels - HDPE Bulk Storage Container

Am considering picking up a bulk storage container and turning it into a sump. However, the material is HDPE and and not sure what the options would be to install baffles and/or an acrylic viewing panel. Any ideas what adhesive would work? Am thinking on reading up on how the plywood tank guys do it….
