I have the Barracuda 4 stage RO/DI System the Sediment Filter filled up and the Carbon last stage is not filling up only about a 3 inches . What is wrong? Don't understand why it is not filling, the last stage again about 3 inches

The carbon stage(2nd stage) or the last stage. If you are talking about the DI last stage that is normal. if you want it to fill all the way up crack the canister open and let the air out of the di.

You need to rewrite this so it makes sense a water change should be the same amount as taken out if that’s what you mean. Don’t add straight rodi to that or you’ll lower the salinity.
