Barrel for r/o system

There's a guy here local in Palm Beach Florida that I got my 40g food grade container from for $35. Had it for 5 years, takes up 18"x18" next to my tank. I'd buy from him again if I needed to

I use a pair of blue 20g Dr Pepper syrup jugs. They have worked great for over a year now. I cleaned them with vinegar before using.

I was actually looking for food grade 55g barrels and called someone with an ad for them on Craigslist. Once I got to his place, he showed me everything he had, which was over 100 used food grade barrels of various sizes and configurations. I ended going with the Dr Pepper barrels and I am happy I did.
