Basic apex alarm question

How do I change the parameters of an alarm and how do I clear the alarm once ive received it. I’ve gone into advanced and changed what I thought were the ranges but after uploading under “basic” it still shows the old parameters. I can only change under advanced.
These are the alarms I’m wanting to clear.

So I click that. Under basic it won’t let me change the values. If I go to advanced I can change the values but even after I upload nothing actually changes and I continue to get the alarms.

so when you go back your edits aren’t saved and they’re back to the defaults? Can you post a screenshot?

Ok so like I said I can’t change any values under “basic”. I click the box but I get no keyboard to make changes. Switch to advanced I can make changes. In the pics below I changed the values under advanced. Clicked the cloud button in the upper right. Switch back to basic and values are unchanged. (Pics loafed out of order. Bottom is advanced. Top is basic AFTER upload)

**note** the advanced values do save but don’t appear to have any affect as I still get alarms.

If you set the values under Advanced and save it, the checkbox should be cleared on the Basic tab:

When that checkbox is empty, it won't alert on the default values.

See the above pics. The box is unchecked but the values don’t match and I still have the alarm on
