Maxspect gyre cloud edition

Hey guys!

So I boght a maxspect gyre xf 330 CE and was trying to figure out how I can hook up a battery for emergencies.

Has anyone done this? I was told by an electronics repairman that this new cloud controller does not support battery backups but I think he was just lazy…

Thanks!

Update if anyone needs this info:

I contacted maxspect CS and they told me that it is possible to use a battery backup!

Just buy an EcoFlow River 2 and connect them to it, done. In fact, connect your return pump to it as well (if you get the right size for the power draw). Don't waste your money on those lead acid batteries from ecotech, icecap, etc....they're garbage.
