I'm gonna buy a frag pack from @bubbaque for my new growout system in the hopes that the frag plugs will contain the magic that allows his sticks to grow so well! Hell I'll probably just go ahead and dump in that holy water they come in!

What species are you dealing with?
I am dealing with osteropsis and whenever my nutrients go below 10 ppm NO3 and less than 0.05 PO4 I see them reappear slowly on my frag plugs and rocks.

I also noticed I have them living in my sump. I'm planning on investing in a quality UV. I would rather buy a battlebox though.

Not sure what species they are. Waiting on the microscope I ordered today. Should be here Sunday.

They reappear quickly if my nutrients bottom out as well. A co-worker let me borrow her AA green killing machine. Going to set it up tomorrow.

I am noticing a marked improvement over the past 4 days or so. They always seem to come back though. Sure is frustrating.

My strategy is to Stay too busy to "fix" my tank. Aka "fix" something which causes a new problem.

Keeping parameters stable and equipment clean is my main focus. Not going to change much.

I'm hoping I get a chance to setup my doser this weekend. Had the thing for a month and haven't even opened the box. Adding alk and ca manually, morning and night, sure is getting old.
