Yes, I've used it in even high concentrations (10ml/cup water) on many LPS. Scoly, leptastrea, goniopora, hammer, frogspawn, chalice, elegance, blasto, I'm sure a few more kinds too :) No problems with any of them.
Just be VERY sure to rinse them well before putting back in the main tank! LPS can slime a lot more than SPS while being dipped, and if that slime with Bayer enters the tank it can kill a lot of inverts very quickly. I usually put them through 2-3 rinses of clean tank water before returning them. A quarantine tank, even temporarily, can be beneficial as you can leave the LPS in there for a hour or however long it takes them to re-expand, to make sure they're free of Bayer before going back to the DT.
