I’m unfortunately writing this because when I got home I noticed all my corals were alive and thriving. I made dinner and sat back down, I noticed a brown stream waving from my two headed torch that was perfectly fine 30 minutes ago. I have since dipped it in Reef dip and isolated it in another tank that has nothing but snails in it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 2 pictures of it open were from today and a week ago, two photos of it closed are from after I dipped it.

I unfortunately did not take a photo what I saw because I reacted immediately and dipped it.

I’m not seeing bjd, was the brown stuff stringy? If so it was pooping. Perfectly normal, they only have one opening. Always keep cipro on hand just in case.

Your description sounds like poop. Long thin brown stringy material coming from torch mouth. BJD is more of a gelatinous, cloud-like material that surrounds the torch head.

My only concern is I can see the skeleton

From the pic you seem to have some flesh band on each head so that’s good. Could use more but not terrible.
