Hi all,

To make the story short, I recently dipped some of the new acquired corals with Bayer before I introduced them into my nano tank right, so before all of these happened my shrimps are thriving in there, but afterward the existent cleaner shrimps and peppermint starting to perish. And any shrimps I added after couldn't survive for more than 2 days but funny thing is my snail n clam aren't affected by it. Only shrimps.

So my guess would be that I didn't do a very good cleaning job with the rocks that I dipped, and that toxic solution now is present in my water. What else can I do beside running carbon?

Tia for any help.

From previous posts of Randy's, I understand that carbon should pull out the Bayer effectively.

You say you haven't been able to add more shrimp...they don't last more than a couple days? How long ago did you use the Bayer?
