I feel so dumb. I've been overdoing flow and making my coral and fish live in a typhoon for nearly 2 months. I've been on the path of trying to achieve the 100X flow since I started my hopefully SPS Dom 200g Deep Dimensions tank. 2 Jebao 150 Gyres a half an Icecap 3k for flow on the back glass and a Jebao SP-20 and they were all at or near 100% flow. I've been feeling like I've been struggling for months and after reviewing a couple of videos on flow I dialed things back to around the 40-50 X turn over the range and all of the sudden magic happened Everything is polyped out way more! and within 3 days I've noticed growth rings on nearly all my stony corals.

With my corals starting to show growth and consistent water chemistry I feel like I'm finally on the right path after almost 3 months of moving into a larger system!

Has this happened to anyone else?

Im sure it has.
