Pretty stoked to be acclimating this female Bellus to my fowlr.

As the only Bellus will she remain a she, or transition to male? I am hoping for a pair for my upgrade (when I get there). I figured on a pair so one would stay a female, they are so pretty.

I am hoping she will remain the same. There is no need to transition due to that fact. However, I am sure environmental factors may play a role. My LFS has a female alone in their display. Had her for 6 years and has stayed the same. Time will tell.

She could change because of another Genicanthus angel, not necessarily a Bellus.

Mine is so passive , shy at first but now loves to beg for food . Her little bulldog face lol great fish
