I’m looking to add a few nice Acropora pieces to my Reefer 750. Recently redid the rock scape and have more room. What are some of your favorites? Where did you get them?

All info and pictures are appreciated!

Depends on the budget, but I really like strawberry shortcakes, which are pretty cheap, as well as some of the more exotic sunset millis and, one of my all time favs, Vivid's Confetti as well as the CB Malificent

You can definitely get some of the more exotic pieces for a fraction of the cost on here. Got a SC orange passion and ASD rainbow for a steal and some of my best looking pieces

Lots of great ideas! Thank you!

Currently looking to add 3/4 more frags. The Pink Floyd, Orange Passion, PC Rainbow, Pink Lemonade and vivid confetti are all great choices.

Also looking at the Walt Disney’s and the ASD Rainbow Milli.

I will say that my Maleficent is pretty impressive. Very red, and yet it has some green and even has some blue but overall It is very red. Might I suggest epicaquaculture.com they have most of the corals listed in his thread at a great price. They even have several not named in this thread but are stunning none the less.

I ended up going with the following:

ASD Rainbow Milli
Tyree Pink Lemonade
CC Voodoo Magik

Really like the Maleficent and will be adding it in the future. Along with a Disney jr.

Plenty of room for others later. Went with Cherry Corals for this one.

Some of my favorite acros, which also have very good growth rates and can be found for fairly low cost:

red dragon
Pc rainbow
Needle in haystack
Superman table

I like this thread. Anyone else can share some more nice acro frags? Trying to come up with a list.. Especially once that look Good in real life... too many vendors creating silly name and taking them with an orange filter - dishonest marketing if you ask me. I still think pink Floyd and pink lemonade smoke mostly any hyped tenius out there

There are so many beautiful acros that are not extremely expensive. Some of my personal favorites include ASD rainbow milli, ASD Jesus tort, Oregon tort, cali tort, BC Rainbows Army, BC Spainbow, Walt Disney, FF Red Robin, RRC pink caddy (price has come down so much), Red Planet, Hawkins Echinata, JF Tnt anacro, and many more. The great thing about acros is that you have so many options for color, so its better to decide what color and growth pattern you want in which location in the tank, and then find the right Acro to fit your needs.

So is it:

CC Voodoo Magik,
CC Voodoo Magick
CC Magic Voodoo

Which one is it? I see all these different names. Is this the same exact coral, several species, or different vendor names?

What is the original and correct name for this piece so I can label it. I just picked it up and here is what the guy called it and how he spelled it.:

Check out fraghouse corals. They have great deals on corals. Probably the best bang for buck you will find.
