The cheapest is going to be what keeps them alive. As a box of dead fish is a total loss.

So avoid usps and probably FedEx.

So you got ups.

A shippo account might save you a few bucks.

You will pay extra for earlier delivery times but also increase chances of everything arriving alive.

Shipping is expensive without being a business that moves lots of stuff so expect to pay a lot.
