Best and Worst Snails, Crabs, Critters for your reef aquarium?

There are many little inverts we can add to our aquariums that help contribute in many different ways to our reef and there are also those critters who may do more harm than good!

So what do you say are the best and worst Critters for your reef aquarium?

personally i like my cleaner shrimp/peppermint shrimp and snails. and i absolutely hate my hermit crabs i want my shark to start eating them already
