Too many breakfast foods I love to list. I'm one of those annoying morning people.
Here's a small list:
- coffee. Black. Dark roast. Black as night and roasty.
- The Wills Omelet at Gus Balones Diner in Tucson. It's a luscious Philly Cheese Steak barely contained by a wrapping of eggs. Served with REAL homefries cooked in....wait for it.....bacon drippings. None of that frozen hash brown nonescence.
- The Kitchen Sink Burrito from Burritos as Big as Your Head. Soft russet potatoes mixed with spicy chorizo, eggs, bacon and Hatch chilies. Huge in flavor. Huge in size.
- Eggs Benedict from The Arizona Inn.
Old world resort hotel in Tucson that does everything right. The hollandaise has some sort of magic in it, and just enough lemon. Everything is locally sourced. Divine.
- Biscuits and Gravy, The Heartland Cafe in Loveland, Colorado. Buttermilk biscuits 4 inches thick, smothered with the house made spicy sausage gravy. Don't plan on eating again until the next day.

Breakfast

Take a chicken breast and put dry rub all over it and mash it in with a fork

Boil for ten mins on high and salt to taste
Eat with an avocado and drink sixteen ounces of water

Blood sugar control brkfst

What I prefer and have in the past consumed more than any human- fp

A whole box of fruity pebbles. Wonder why I must go opposite now dang the nineties were good breakfast years

If you are constructing a small brick refuge or mailbox and run low on mortar just use pestled up milk and fruity pebbles I'm not joking they're concrete sugar when dried

There’s some good replys here. There is a place on 1960 and TC Jester in North Houston called Bell’s. They make a biscuits and gravy with home frys that is to die for. I order an extra fried egg over easy and mix it all together.

Cereal is best because it is easy to make before the coffee hits my system. I work second shift, so lunch has a heavy egg bias and one can never go wrong with sausage and/or bacon.

Actually, about 20 minutes ago I said to my wife, "Bacon makes everything better. When has bacon ever ruined anything? Well, I don't think it would mix well with milk, but you get what I mean?"
