Kill gha by dipping frags or rocks in h2o2 diluted with tank water:

In a tank that size? You. Pull out the long tufts by hand, let your hermits (and, presumably, a couple small snails?) handle the rest. Super fast GHA growth likely means something is out of balance, so check your nitrates and phosphates. If neither is too high or low, it's probably just the tank going through the process of maturing. For that, manual removal and ride it out.

H2O2 is good for individual frags that need a spot treatment, but treating all the rock would be awful for the tank's maturity. Best to avoid that.
