Sure. Places like Lowes and home depot sell them. i used some for vinegar dosing and never had an issue. I'd actually trust them more than programmable hobby controllers.

Roger that. So digital, but non wifi/bluetooth timers, are as reliable as fully mechanical timers. That's good to know

Do they ever fail? Probably. But I have not heard of such a timer getting stuck on (they apparently have an internal battery to keep time during a power failure), while there are plenty of of reported issues where something went wrong with a hobby controller.
