Best fitting for fine adjustments local?

I'm plumbing in a reactor and looking for something to get a finer adjustment as compared to the typical ball valves found at home depot etc. Any advice? Also, any tips on a small manifold coming off the return line? Thanks!

Gate Valve works better than a ball valve... they are more money also..

what size are you looking for?

3/8" likely. 1/2" largest.

They're not local, but its hard to beat $7 for the PVC 1/2" version.
