With the kessil H380 discontinued, what is the best fuge light out there....
I heard that the Kessil A360x fuge light has half the par of the H380 {so half as good?}.. Any body tri the AI fuge, or the apex grow... any other alternatives ?

Many red lamp lights on eBay and Amazon

Agreed with above. You can get one on Amazon for like $30

I'm pretty happy with the AI Fuge light so far. Had it maybe 6 months.
I have no idea how it stands up to any of the kessils, but it grows chaeto great in my 23" x 17" refugium.

I throw away more than 5 gallons of chaeto every few weeks with a screw-in dayligh CFL and/or a couple of 6500k T5 bulbs. While a light might matter, it probably does not matter that much. Tank conditions such as having enough iron or other trace elements, enough, but not too high of N and P, probably matter more.

I would look at this mostly for you since nearly any light will work if you do the rest of this right.

Grow bulb and clip-on light from Home Depot. First pick shows light. Video shows the fuge currently.

My neptune gro light is making my chaeto ball huge. I like the low profile mounting.
