Hello I have a 90 gallon reef tank and it has cycled and I have some corals already but I am trying to find the best light settings online but everything is very inconsistent. I have the Fluval Sea Marine 3.0 and don’t know what good Light settings are. Please help me!

The problem here is there is no such thing as a best setting. Just an endless combination of user preferences, and you have to essentially hope they are acceptable for the corals you’re keeping biologically. They usually will be unless you like something ridiculous like solid red lighting all day. Really what will cause problems is the rapid and frequent adjusting of lighting. Best to set and forget
