Best Nutrition Everyone Uses!!!

So my tank is now stable but i want to start adding nutrition to it. Lets here some advice on what is working for everyone. I use Probiotic Aquaforest salt, I was thinking about using there line, its a little expensive though. I also was thinking about using Red Sea Energy. Any opinions.
