Best paint or sealant for inside the stand?

I want to paint it but also want it to be somewhat water proof. Suggestions?

Wonder if you could use that diy spray on bedliner or undercoating?? Would be waterproof and tough as nails lol

Red Guard. It is a liquid membrane used in shower construction. Paint the gloppy stuff on and instantly waterproof.

Kilz is fine it will seal and be white already... Any oil base paint will seal the wood fwiw... The best would be a 2 part epoxy like sweetwater but it gets expensive and really isn't necessary....

I found that the Epoxy appliance paint works really well. You can spray it on and its water proof. It does take a good day to cure but once dry its non toxic and seals everything up tight as a drum. Its about 4.50 a can at walmart.

I highly suggest it for in the stand and canopies . It dries rock hard
