best pump(s) for mixing salt in a brute?

Hello. I’m tired of a lot of salt getting stuck at the bottom of my can when mixing a new batch of water. i’m currently using (2) 900gph+ powerheads and salt still manages to get stuck at the bottom. the suction cups on the pumps dont do to well on the curved surface of the can. any recommendations?
