Best ramping light / moon light

Hi Guys,

I have 2 ai blades on my 5ft 170 gallon.
Like the lights but for sunrise, sunset and moonlight they suck.
I have a ai prime (old). This is a lot better, and the cheapest option is to get another prime and make them do the sunrise sunset and moonlight.
Only I don’t really love the Colors.
I have the feeling the newer xr15’s are much better in dimmed lights and slow ramping (sunrise and sunset).
If they really are a lot better I consider buying those.
What are your opinions . How much better are the new ones?

I would go with the new orphek natura icon or reefi uno 2.0.

Radion's Mobius app left a lot to be desired, especially since they would randomly turn on at 3am.

The orphek app seems extremely shockingly smooth and they have some advance moonlight programs.

I replaced my Xr15's, they are not great for the asking price. I would buy them used if you want them. Many argue the newest spectrum is worse than the older g4's. oof.

Another great pick is the reefi uno pro 2.0 lights which also have moon phase, you connect them wifi to set them up. Power and spectrum wise they blow the crap out of radions. They run $490 and have a three year warranty (one year with other brands). If you don't mind using a wifi web server, these will give you the best bang for your $.

I was dead set on reefi uno 2.0 to replace my Radions but I won a Orphek Natura Icon so purchased more of those to match it. I am not disappointed with orphek and it is much better than my primes or radions were but I am sure I would have loved the reefi too.
