Best sand sifting fish?

What is the best sand sifter for a 72g? I need a work horse!!!

If u want a fish I would go with:
Sand sifting goby
Watchman goby
Or sand sifting starfish.

I love the starfish bc ey don't climb walls or on the rock they just like to stick to the sand.
