Best 'Sinking' Food for Inverts

My CUC did such a great job cleaning up the algae, that I now have to resort to feeding them foods. Can anyone here recommend the best sinking food for snails, hermits, etc? I'm currently feeding Nori sheets to the Urchin, but need something else for the other inverts.

I use hikari algae wafers. Just break one up in pieces and drop all around the tank.
