I haven't had much luck with the LFS. Looking for an affordable and reliable online option

I have bought from LiveAquaria, Saltwater Fish.com, Aquarium Depot and Salty Bottom Reef company, what are you looking for in particular?

Fish I would go saltwaterfish.com or liveaquaria (even individual clean up crew with them), big cleanup crew either aquarium depot, or saltybottom theirs is kind of unique, get some sea urchins and brittle starts which I really like.

Also liveaquaria user, can't beat their gaurantee.
For cleaners of any kind I like reefcleaners.org

Depends on what your after. LA has a no haggle guarantee that's tough to beat. Drawbacks are selection is fairly mainstream and somewhat pricey unless you are willing to wait on a special.

For rare fish have had very good experiences within the past year or so with Zoacollector, PIA, and TSM. Excellent customer service but need to be flexible as stock is usually limited.

NYAquatic is my favorite forum vendor although there are other good ones like Pieces of the Ocean and ZoaCollector I've had good luck with.

Outside of that I use divers den, petsolutions.com, and occasionally live aquaria.

LiveAquaria is too expensive, and SaltwaterFish.com sold me a sick anemone which almost poisoned my tank. Will try the others
