I wanted to ask you guys what would be the best for price right now for a planned heavy stocked tank.

Which is the same as the NAC7, but with the better sicce600 pump.

Aquamax cone skimmer. Really pulls out nasty and stinky stuff

I use a RLSS 6i on my 75. It is a power house, although just a little more than your budget. You would not go wrong with an RLSS.
