a couple of times a week I squirt a little brine / mysis at them when I'm feeding the fish.

I have been feeding mysis every other day and krill once a week. The growth is phenomenal.

We buy small/medium sized raw peeled shrimp from Walmart (fresh, raw scallops from the deli works too) Thaw it out with RO or tank water and depending on how big the anemone is, you can feed it a "pinch" or up to half the size of the shrimp, or bigger. We feed our carpets half to a whole size of raw shrimp. The rest of the left over shrimp, we feed to the FOWLER tank or mash the remaining shrimp between your fingers until it's soft and in small bites and feed the fish in your reef tank and/or feed your LPS. Duncans, dendros, sun polyps, trachys, bubbles, anything with bigger mouths LOVE the raw shrimp. However, I do mash the shrimp into smaller/softer pieces for the corals. I've heard the silversides work also. Not sure of prices on shrimp, silversides or whatever else, but the shrimp is usually cheap and lasts a LONG time.
