Best water conditioner

What is the best water conditioner i can use to get chlorine etc out of the water?

Im not lol the fresh water that i make with the prime i would use for the ato and i would also use it to mix my salt for water changes

The only thing and I have no proof of this is an API test kit always seems to show slight ammonia if you use Prime in the water.

I love their Stress Coat conditioner, though after being combined with tap water in my mixing buckets, it does produce a small amount of “slime” on their inner linings.

Prime, but best would obviously be a reverse osmosis system!
