Hi all,

I have a 90L 45cm cube and have a coral box qp5 wavemaker. I was wondering which may be the best mode? I like mode 5 but it seems a little strong for a couple of my LPS. My hammers seem to tolerate it but my torch doesn't seem to (no spot to move it. Have put a rock next to it on the side to try dampen the flow to it a little). Not sure how to upload videos on here. Pulse mode is good but i feel it doesn't generate enough flow for sps up top (cant see polyps moving way too much).
Theres a timer mode. I was thinking maybe i can set a program up that will mainly have pulse mode and every few hours chuck it on random mode for a few minutes? Any suggestions? Also does anyone have a link on how to use the program timer mode? Thanks

I’m a fan of the more random modes, like F4 or F5. Sorry can’t help with programming that wavemaker. But as for the video, you can post on YouTube and put a link here.

True i didn't think if that :) you dint find random mode toos strong for LPS? It would be good if you can adjust the intensity if these mides. I just started with a program of pulse and 4-5 hours of f4 naturemode for now. Apparently nature mode is gentler than f5. Cheers :)
